Most teams are up and running within a day. You can import your team from CSV or add members manually. Integrations like Jira require an API token from your admin, but the core platform needs no IT involvement.

You can export all your data — projects, resources, allocations, and time entries — as CSV at any time from the Export page. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. Self-hosted customers retain full control of their data.
