Resourca is a new company, but the expertise behind it isn't. Our people bring decades of combined experience running project operations for engineering programs in automotive and energy storage — and we use AI every day to do it better.
The frustration of switching between Jira, SharePoint, OneNote, and Excel to piece together project status led us to build our own AI-powered resource management tool. The time lost to manual meeting minutes processing led us to build custom AI agents. Every service we offer comes from solving our own problems first.
Our background spans complex, regulated engineering domains and cross-functional program management — but what we bring to consulting is the operational DNA: we know what it feels like to run a portfolio of concurrent projects with a team of engineers who'd rather be engineering than filling in status reports.
